We take the reel's of film and splice them together onto the platter system pictured below, then we thread it through the brain ( pictured in center of top platter ) and then over to the projector and then back onto an empty platter.
This is the lamp house, its attached to the back of the projector. We had been having issues with the lamp, it was taking sometimes as many as 15- 20 pings to light up. Soooo Beli and I decided to change the lamp ( why not its only 600 bucks ) we did do some checking on connections and things and stuff, but anyway we put on our little plastic exam gloves so we wouldn't get finger prints on the glass ( cuz we're guys and we know things about stuff ) we also put on some clear plastic face Shields safety first wright ???
The lamp is the glass tube with the bulge in the middle and stainless steel ends in the center of the reflector. Any way Beli was reading the instructions while i changed the lamp, step by step.Well next thing i know Beli is talking about the safety clothing we should be wearing, Such as a leather jacket with a leather apron, high impact face shield, and Kevlar gloves yes i said Kevlar. Apparently this is not a vacuum bulb its a high pressure zeon gas filled small bomb for a lack of better words.its to late to turn back now so we worked like it was nitro, very slow and careful. Needless to say we now have a new set of lamp changing cloths
This is the sound processor rack and advertising projector in the upper right corner
