Looking at Blue Mtn. from the notch on Elk Ridge
I had to work on a Grader on the switchbacks on the north side of the notch, if you look at the pitcher below you can see the grader on believe it or not a wide spot in the road. The rock crusher on the back of the machine broke a pin and spun sideways pushing the grader towards the edge. (can you believe the operator had a problem with that)
This is looking towards Dark Canyon, see the red maple leaves already fall is upon us
Mom gives me a hard time about my tough job, But i say it's got to be done and i'm the right guy for the job.

It is so pretty.........I miss fall. It is fun to see all of these pics.
I bet that guy operating the grader was scared out of his mind. That is crazy!!!
